🗓️ Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [support@vibexx.in] with your order number and reason for return.
💸 Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is on its way.
🚫 Exceptions
- Customised products are made uniquely for you and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
